There is a need present in the market as the economy is in recession, prices of formal apparel in increasing very high and the purchasing power of customers is lowering.
Through this site people will be able to choose their choice of outfit on the website and the dress would be delivered to them. Even though customers have the choice of buying customized wedding dresses, but they have to spend weeks & months for choosing, ordering and getting their fittings done. As it is a new company so we have to start from scratch and we have to develop departments according to our requirements, there are certain departments which we have to maintain like “Web Developers Department” which consist of 3-4 people initially and after certain time period we will increase the ratio according to our requirements. The people in this department need to up to date and maintain the web site. As our business is online so we need to hire managers which have experience in working IT firms , their technical background should be related to Web Developing , first of all we will launch the web site , which is a function of Web Developers Department then e have to advertise about our site which is the responsibility of marketing department then we have to maintain range of products for which operational department is responsible then we have to collect orders and make sure that delivery and receiving is on time (delivery mechanism) which is also working of operational department.
